‘Ribbons of Hope’ Creativity for a Cause Video initially rolls out a series of internet video clips from mid to late June into 2011, chronologically profiling the 1st of its kind, South Placer Art in Public Places Project, Installation & Tour.

The Breast Cancer Ribbons will be created then prominently displayed as Public Art throughout the area from June 15, 2010 thru September 20, 2010. The 6’ tall x 4’ wide ribbons uniquely adorned by area artists whose inspirations are drawn from places of creative expression in an effort to celebrate the cure. All proceeds go to ‘CureBreastCancer’
Dr Ernie Bodai’s Foundation.
(Dr Bodai convinced Congress & the U.S.P.S. to issue the Breast Cancer Research Stamp, raising $65 Million so far and the stamp has now reached mail systems in over 15 countries).

The Ribbons will be on public display in various locations throughout Roseville and
Granite Bay for three months before reaching their permanent home in late
Sept, 2010. The finished Ribbons will be on display along with a body of the participating artist’s work during the ‘End of Tour Celebration’ on September 25th at
Westfield Galleria at Roseville
.

As an added layer to ‘Creativity for a Cause’, you can watch the entire effort unfold in stages starting mid June 2010, through periodic on-line video clips that will later culminate into a chronological documentary produced by ezeeye IMAGING (ezeeye.com) & ROOM201Productions.com. This video effort is being produced to:

  • Celebrate the Power of ‘Creativity for a Cause’
  • Bring public awareness & support to artists in the community
  • Profile & Promote the project through video blogs, social media & internet technology
  • Promote, document & share creative community inspirations & enhancement

To follow the video starting in mid June go to the Ribbons of Hope Blog.
